Outsite Chelsea - Work, Connect, Explore

Great location. Quite with a comfortable bed.

I loved the effortless, contactless check-in, the ample amenities, the responsiveness of customer service, and the fact that they let me stay in the common area until 4pm after I checked out at 11:00am, super convenient as my flight was late in the day. Also, everything was very clean and well maintained. A great stay

My room was clean, comfortable, and safe. I also liked my location. I would stay there again.

Property feels like an airbnb meets hostel due to the communal spaces. Cool concept in theory but rooms just miss the mark. My room was very sparsely appointed (while my room was large for example, there was very little space to put anything), with an incredibly small bathroom, very minimal amenities and no TV. Totally fine if you plan to spend 0 time in your room, but just to say the room was not a functional space if you like space to yourself. Staff was helpful when I had an issue with the air conditioning, which was very appreciated.
