Very close to the metro station, less than 10 min walk. The room was clean. Although it's small, it's ideal for solo travellers. Includes private bathroom with a lock and storage space. Has aircon and a fridge too. Location is good if you want to use public transport. It's also only an 11 min walk to the zoo and a 9 min walk to supermarket. I enjoyed my stay here I went for 5 days. Overall I would recommend for solo travellers.
The bed, although a decent size, was very uncomfortable, it was hard and lumpy and I struggled to sleep due to this. It felt like the hard lumpy parts of my bed were digging into my ribs and hurting my body. There were also a few stains on the pillows. They need to add a soft thick mattress topper on top of the mattress to easily solve this issue.

Staff are nice and helpful.
The location is a bit tricky. You stay at another building and need to drag the suitcase up and down for a short path. Toilet paper and hair dryer are not available in the room when we came so we need to ask. Aircon is sometimes too cold. The bathroom water was most of the time shrink to the floor. But given the price and others, it is fine.

Location is a plus, and the rooms are quiet. I wasn't expecting it to be a loft-type room, but nothing wrong with that. The bed was comfortable for one person, and the AC worked just fine, no complaints.
The toilet smelled weird, and the showerhead was so annoying that I didn't feel like I was showering; it felt like I had passed by a lawn sprinkler. On top of that, you have to keep pushing the shower tap to keep the water flowing; otherwise, it stops within 10 seconds or less. They need to change the towels; they have a strong chlorine smell after a shower or when washing the face. When you use them, it feels like I am smelling bad.
