Super location and a cosy house
Some things don’t work perfectly or were broken.

During the heatwave it was nice and cool, lots of space. It is in the heart of the party district with all the pros and cons, just a short walk from the Main station, a few metres from the river and lots of restaurants
Plenty of party people having fun in front of the bedroom windows,, singing and on one occasion playing drums at 3am. It also wasn't particularly clean.
