Conveniently located between Rockport and Port Aransas. Head to the beach nearby or relax the day away by the private swimming pool and waterfront dock. House provides bikes, corn hole, beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, and life jackets for you to use!
Property next door (116 Port Royal) is under same management- perfect opportunity to rent both for a large family or friend retreat! Please message host if interested!
We do not allow month long stays during peak season (May-September). Renters must a minimum age of 23 years old.
There is a $500 fine if pet is not cleaned up after in the yard. There will will also be a $500 fine if pet hair is in the pool and has to cleaned out of skimmer.

This was such a beautiful home! My family and I were very impressed by the set up and the decor. The host was super accommodating and very responsive. This was my first booking on VRBO and look forward to future stays at this location!!
