As you enter the unit, you’ll find a closet to the right for storing your gear, and a full bathroom to the left featuring a tub/shower combo, fluffy towels, a hair dryer, and locally made hand soap and shampoo.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances, cookware, and silverware you’ll need to prepare your own meals. Sit down to dine at the table for two, or unwind in the living area with a comfortable couch, TV, and fireplace. Tucked just behind the couch is a cozy queen bed for a restful night’s sleep.

Step out onto the private balcony, where you can relax in the provided chairs and take in the fresh mountain air and scenic views.

Guests also enjoy access to underground parking and a ski locker, making this an ideal home base for your Fernie adventures — whether you’re hitting the slopes, hiking the trails, or simply soaking in the serene surroundings.

Important Notice!!! The pool area will be under construction from May 12 until approximately the end of September 2025. During this period, the hot tub will be unavailable. The pool and steam room may be accessible on select days, but we do not have confirmed dates at this time.
Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
