The property was good - just a few things that could make it much better. We spent time at the dining table eating and playing games but there was no light. Also, not all the fans worked. It was close to the beach - yea! and we didn't need a golf cart but our view was of the other houses - but that is on me for not checking into that.Overall, it was fine for what we needed.

This house was fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, crock pot, blender, toaster, basic spices, coffee machine, coffee and sugar, trash bags, tp, towels, washer, dryer, detergent, dish soap and sponge, 2 bbq pits, baby high chair and play pin, 2 picnic tables outside, and nice patio chairs on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much! It was very comfy. Only complaint was the downstairs room had a mildew smell and the restroom down there smelled like something died. But even so, I would definitely stay here again! The host was quick to answer any questions I had and they threw in some beach towels for us to use as well, which came in very handy!

Great place for a friend's retreat. We enjoyed staying here. And the beach is so close.

We had a good time! This place is close to the public beach access. The only thing we had concerns with was the floors do need some work and the house was not that clean.
