Michela's House
A bright and quiet apartment in Florence, located on Viale Talenti right in front of the T1 tram stop. This 80-square-meter, fully renovated apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an elevator.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities; the furnishings are new (both mattresses and pillows were recently purchased) and have been tastefully arranged to make your stay comfortable, whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, with your family, or with a group of friends.

A strategic and convenient starting point for exploring Florence: the tram stop is right in front of the apartment, and in 7 minutes you can reach the central station and the historic center; the Visarno Racetrack is a 10-minute walk away. If you enjoy walking, the train station and the historic center are just a 20- to 25-minute stroll away.

The apartment features a kitchen, two very spacious double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a window.
The apartment has two terraces where you can enjoy breakfast if you’d like.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: dishes, pots, and utensils. The induction cooktop and electric oven are new.
The sink is also new.
The microwave and pod coffee machine—purchased specifically for the apartment—are at your disposal. To make your stay more enjoyable, we always provide tea, herbal teas, and coffee pods, of course.
The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher.
The apartment also has air conditioning, and a washing machine, ironing board, and iron are at your disposal.
Upon your arrival, you’ll find all the bed and bath linens, soap dispensers for both hand soap and shower gel, and even a hair dryer! Linens are changed every 5 days for longer stays.
