Welcome to our vacation rental “Zum See 1” in Losheim am See!
Our vacation rental is just a short walk of about 500 meters from the reservoir, where concerts by well-known artists are often held. On the way, you’ll pass an ice cream shop before reaching the brewery by the lake. You’ll also enjoy a lovely stroll if you walk all the way around the reservoir—it’s always a beautiful route, whether you’re a couple, with children, or with pets. Along the way, you can stop for a bite at the Seegartenbistro.
Alternatively, you can enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen of our modern, newly built apartment. Our tip: Take advantage of the proximity to France for day trips and to shop for the best ingredients, such as fresh fish and fine wine.
Afterward, the balcony invites you to enjoy long evenings with a beautiful view of the greenery of Losheim before you settle in for the night in one of the two double bedrooms. One room is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. Upon request, the single beds can be pushed together. The beds are equipped with new, high-quality mattresses. Made-up beds and towels are included in the price.
The apartment also features a small but charming bathroom with a large shower and a window.
Please note that the apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible only by stairs.
Dogs are allowed upon prior arrangement. Please keep in mind the metal staircase.

Apartment, shower, toilet:

Our two cozy bedrooms each sleep two people. One room is furnished with two single beds, and the other with a double bed. Our high-quality mattresses, protected by mattress protectors, ensure a restful night’s sleep.
In addition to a bathroom, our apartment features a living and dining room with a beautiful kitchen. It is fully equipped, so you can start every morning with a cozy breakfast.
The small balcony off the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the view of the greenery.



On-site fees: Cash payments on site are not accepted. Please pay the full amount BEFORE arrival via bank transfer. Full payment must be received in the landlord’s account at least 3 days before arrival. Please understand that otherwise, keys will not be handed over. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. In this case, please contact us by phone at least one day in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. We are happy to answer any questions you may have at any time. We look forward to your visit!



Check-in is from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
