Extremely clean

It was clean.

It was stark. It had a nice kitchenette but everything , pots, pans, dishes, etc had to be gotten from the front desk. Not a spoon in sight.

It was a brand new location, and that was nice. There wasnt a lot of riff raff like at some places.

I didnt care for how many doors you have to key card in and out of every time you come and go. Now I know this is precisely what keeps the riff riff out like I said in my positive info. But these doors are clunky, heavy, loud and not automatic. So your literally fighting the door with your luggage and such if your alone. I reserved the disabled room because I wanted a tub, for romantic reasons, but that tub wasnt big enough for 1 let alone 2. Big disappointment. Also I understood the bed was lowered to accommodate a disabled person, but it was HORRIBLE! Very uncomfortable! Made the most horrible noises when you moved. And we were given 3 pillows. 3? Not 2, not 4... 3! Thats ODD. And one last disappointment, no coffee makers in the room that has a cook top, microwave, fridge. But I have to get dressed and go to lobby to get coffee? Just a really weird experience. Not bad... weird. Lol

The rooms don’t look like in the pictures.

When I arrived the front door was being blocked by a huge truck that was unloading furniture and was it was difficult to access and to unload any luggage. The room had no tv in it. We had to go to the front desk and inquire about it. No phones to call the front desk. Pool was closed. Restraunt didn’t serve breakfast. Lady at the front desk couldn’t speak understandable English. Our bathroom sink was plugged. The hotel gives off the appearance like it’s an upscale hotel but it is nothing like what you would think after look at it in the pictures. Rooms are very small and the hallways are very narrow.
