The hotel is an old German house, the owners keep a nice vintage decoration, local sculptures, is a very friendly and beauty place to stay in Puerto Varas. This was our second time in this beautiful hotel. The breakfast are great, in the Chilean South tradition.

Staff was very nice and room was clean. It is a good location, close to the center and for those who intend to dine out at restaurants. Very unique building.
We found that the room was very small for my wife and I and our luggage and there are no mini-fridge in the room to put your beverages or to refrigerate the food items we bought in the markets, etc. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at night because our room was close to a terrace where people stayed up late.
