This reservation includes both private 2BR units in the duplex. The units have separate entrances, living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms, so larger groups can spread out while staying at the same property. Noise from the top-floor mini-splits may be audible.



🧺 Laundry

Laundry is in the basement and is shared between the two booked units.



🪜 Stairs

Stairs are required for entry, and the top-floor unit requires additional stairs. This may not be a good fit for guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage.



🚗 Parking

There is no private parking. Street parking is first-come and can be difficult around NW 23rd/Nob Hill, especially evenings and weekends.

10 PM - 7 AM (house rules)



🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
