Fenwick Street Hotel by EPIC, Central Rooms Near Waterfront & Liverpool ONE

Fabulous location, very near all the attractions such as the Cavern Club & The Docks. Numerous bars & restaurants within a stone's throw and the main shopping centre was less than 5 minutes walk. Also very close to James Street Metro which was great. Friendly and helpful staff and a nice sized room.

Slightly laborious check in process which had to be done beforehand and required you to upload passport, selfie and pay a £50 deposit in addition to the room cost which I've never been asked to do before. This was returned quite quickly after my stay though.

The location was just in center. Short walk to Mathew Street and Concert square and the town center.

The only down thing i have to say was that the shower did not drain away while i was using it. I nearly flooded the bathroom.

Great place, very close to Liverpool one, staff were brilliant, room large very clean, great value for your money.

Nothing, everything was great.

The staff were genuinely nice, polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Their attitude was the most positive aspect of the experience.

Our room was not cleaned once during our entire stay from 8th to 12th October. Towels and toilet paper were only provided when we specifically asked for them, rather than being replenished regularly. The room was also outdated, and I believe its condition should be accurately reflected in the photographs and description on Booking.com before guests make a reservation. Considering I paid approximately €500, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort and service. I could have booked an entire apartment for that price, but I deliberately chose a hotel expecting a more comfortable and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, this expectation was not met.
