Beautiful resort with an easy to learn layout! Loved the multiple pools and activities to do through out the week! Experience team is top notch! Luigi, Mario, Christian, Maria and Janet were fabulous! Foam party and wave rider were a blast! We also enjoyed Paint and Sip where we made beautiful hats which was a nice change from the normal canvas we have done before! We also enjoyed bowling and the Silent party
Food was great Jasson and Antonio at the breakfast buffet were great and Evely and Emily at the lunch buffet were so sweet and welcoming! Viridana and Jose at Margaritas were spectacular! Jonathan at Pez Dama and Freddi at the steakhouse were great and accommodating to our group of five!
Main Pool Bartender was Jassiel!!! He made the absolute BEST drinks and always anticipated what we wanted next! Bettyna, Carlos and Salvador made our poolside experience amazing always laughing and joking, proving quick service and making us feel like family!

The best resort in Cancun. Nothing else needs to be said. There is absolutely nothing that you will find wrong. The only resort I will utilize when I return. I just pray that humans to mess it up.
