The hotel itself its great but the staff is amazing, so attentive and helpful.
I went with my family for a group of 10 and even before our arrival we felt pampered by the staff.
Once at the hotel their attention went to a complete new level.
Our butler, Robinson was out of this world, wow.
From the check in moment until the check out he went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable, and it was.
Also must mention the staff at the NUS Poolbar. They are very kind and gentle with the clients. The food there was the best and as well as the service.
Overall the hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and excellent kept. Love it. We will be returning for sure.
