Set in the leafy suburb of Dundrum, this location offers the perfect mix of tranquillity and convenience just outside Dublin’s city centre. The area is best known for Dundrum Town Centre, one of Ireland’s premier shopping and leisure destinations, featuring high-end boutiques, restaurants, cafés, and a state-of-the-art cinema.

Beyond shopping, Dundrum has a welcoming, village-like atmosphere with local pubs, cosy coffee spots, and plenty of green spaces to enjoy. Excellent transport links, including the LUAS light rail, provide quick and easy access to Dublin city centre, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Balally Luas, is just a 6-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
