Our charming 90 sqm home is a gem in the heart of Ballsbridge. Its central location and access to the Aviva Stadium and Stephens Green, make it an ideal place to stay for a memorable Dublin experience.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming living space, perfect for relaxing. The living room has one sofa and two armchairs where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, as well as a TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and another dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

There is a private little garden accessible through the bedroom.

Both bedrooms feature a comfortable UK double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep for guests. There is also another daybed that converts into a UK double bed.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Ballsbridge is one of Dublin’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, located just 3 km southeast of the city centre. Known for its elegant Victorian homes, embassies, leafy streets, and riverside setting along the River Dodder, it offers a peaceful village atmosphere with excellent transport links. Popular attractions include Herbert Park, a scenic green space with gardens and a Sunday food market; the Aviva Stadium, home to Ireland’s rugby and football teams; the RDS, a major venue for exhibitions, concerts, and the Dublin Horse Show; and nearby Sandymount Strand, ideal for coastal walks. Ballsbridge combines heritage, culture, sport, and relaxation, making it a favourite destination for visitors.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Waterloo Road (stop 779) is just a 2-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
