The poolWas very nice, but the pool pump was never on when we were there(quite a bit). The hot tub was too hot the day we wanted to try it. Another guest said they saw them cleaning the pool, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t on.The facility is super clean. The condo was very nice. The master shower tile floor needs replaced or the grout deep cleaned. All the appliances worked. We really appreciate the beach and folding chairs left for our use.That was a real plus since we flew to Pensacola. We would love a food bank system for unopened leftover foodAnd supplies and a recycling bin/program. Overall, we love the property and highly recommend.

The Portofino is a wonderful property with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the many pools and hot tubs and the easy walk to the beach. Our condo was mediocre. The queen bed was not comfortable. It seemed like it was a queen size mattress on a full size frame. The mattress hung off the side about 6 inches and it felt like you were rolling off. Master bathroom shower was dirty when we arrived. The other furniture was comfortable and we still had a great time.

For what we paid for this place there were things that really aggravated us during our stay. The tv’s didn’t have smart options that worked and in this day and age is rather annoying with kids. Our parking option was very unpractical with having an infant as well. Pools were very nice at the individual towers but community was very crowded. The stay was by no means terrible it was just the little things for how much you pay we really expected just more. Also having to fight through traffic if you didn’t want to leave the bridge side of the island almost made dinner not worth it. We ate at the condo more than out just for that reason. Peak hours was a mad house down there.
