Stayed for 92 nights; Jan - April 2026. A perfect choice!! An exceptional property that even exceeds expectations. Accurate description and photos. Home is beautifully furnished and decorated. Clean, new and bright. Sun rises through the palms in the front window and sets over the pool in the back.Brandon is a wonderful host. Great communication and rapid response time to any questions and needs. Easy booking, check-in, and check out. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Lanai large, private with outdoor flowering hedge. Always sun over pool area and shade to sit in Adirondack chairs or eat/work at outdoor table. New BBQ for your use.The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. We stayed as a couple, with our small dog who was also welcome. This home also has plenty of room for your family.Great restaurants near by, all amenities (groceries, pharmacy, bank and more) with in minutes. Manatee viewing, Nature preserve/beach just around the corner. We loved our 3 month stay!!! Highly recommend.
