Sarah Hotel

The hotel is very close to the ferry port at Harwich; only a 5 minute car ride away. It is in a small housing area with some facilities; there is a fish n chip shop nearby which also does good Indian food. We were told on booking that there was no breakfast offered at the hotel at this time. Our room was round the back on the ground floor, and was perfectly adequate for one night. There is also a secure car-park around the back, which gave us peace of mind when leaving the car over night too.

One small thing - one of the bedside lights didn't work.

Lovely friendly reception when we arrived . Good secure parking. The family cottage was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic customer service

Sadly due to late check in I had a room with a noisy fan

After the booking the hotel emailed and said there was no breakfast available and as I paid a non refundable I couldn’t change hotels.
