Upon arrival we were greeted by some really friendly staff and he helped us take our luggage up to our room. The room was very clean and nice and warm and the shower was really nice. Also came back late one of the nights during our stay and the staff on the number we called was very patient and helpful with getting the gate open.
Didn't get much guidance on how the check out process works, had to leave really early and there was no staff member to give the key to (as there was no 'drop off' box for our room key).
