This place is nice, clean & new. It needs a few kitchen items & bathroom racks. Parking is costly in nearest garage. Nice walkable location. The host team is accommodating.

Great location if walking anywhere in downtown or south slope. Parking situation can be interesting if you are not planning to leave vehicle in a deck for an entire stay. The loft was very comfortable, great natural light for the main room and primary bedroom. 2nd bedroom is very small, did not realize when booking but managed to fit a travel crib without much room to spare.

This residence was exactly what we needed for our stay in Asheville. Downtown and short walk to everything, very clean condo and provided everything we needed in the kitchen. We were so pleased and will definitely be back!
