We loved the big yard, the views, and the location. Unfortunately the hot tub only worked for 1 of our 3 days.

This was a great property. We slept 17 very comfortably and could have fit more. Its location was very convenient to downtown Garden City. Beautiful views!

Family weekend stay. Great Location right on the water, plenty of rooms for our family, kids loved the game room and play house. Overall we really enjoyed the home. Definitely not enough parking if you have any boats and you should plan to bring your own garbage bags if you’re staying a few days.

If you want to reconnect with family, this place has it all! Beautiful home, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of "toys", and so close to the water! No packing everything up and driving to the beach. WE LOVED IT!!!
