Excellent location - right in front is Mackenzy beach and the promenade that goes to the city of Larnaca. A small market downstairs opened until late which is very convenient. Great terrace with an unforgettable view to the sea. Spacious apartment with a parking spot behind the building. Various options for eating and drinking around. The host is absolutely the best - communication is easy and fast, responds right away, knows how to make guests feel welcome and at home! Thank you Elias :)

Some things can be improved - e.g. the hot water supply and decluttering the back balcony.

The location was fantastic. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating; I received a warm welcome, easy to follow directions, and was even allowed a late checkout. There is plenty of room for friends traveling together.

The apartment is a little dated, but it looks just like the photos so no surprises. It was very clean.

The proximity to the beach, the sea views, the comfortable beds, the size, the balcony.

host was always available to offer help
