Mature moonah trees surround the property, and at night the soft lighting highlights their sculptural shapes, creating an inviting and atmospheric garden outlook. It’s an easy base for beach days, coastal walks, golf, and visits to the Peninsula’s hot springs, with the calm bay beaches only a short drive away.



Inside, the house is light-filled with plenty of space for families and small groups.

• 3 spacious bedrooms:

 – Bedroom 1: Queen bed with native garden outlook

 – Bedroom 2: Queen bed with moonah tree views

 – Bedroom 3: Bunk room with 4 bunk beds, great for kids, teens or larger groups



• 2 modern bathrooms, including one with a bath and a separate powder room

• Generous living and dining areas with a smart TV

• A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave.
