Procedura di check-in molto semplice, la mancanza di personale sul posto non ha inficiato la resa. Pulizia ottima, infrastrutture nuove, letto comodo ma cuscini migliorabili. Molto buono l'odore dei saponi e anche la disponibiltà perché oltre allo shampoo e bagnoschiuma classici c'erano anche balsamo e crema corpo
La posizione un po' distante dai mezzi, almeno un 10 minuti a piedi dagli autobus e la metro non vicina per niente, però vicinissimo a Westminster e al parlamento

The bathroom was spacious and clean.
Mattress was quite comfortable and I enjoyed my sleep and rest.
The host kept me updated and that was good.
I don't like that the mirror was a bit hidden on side of the wardrobe.

Room was very spacious with very large windows and lots of light. Location is great and the pub downstairs is fabulous.
There's no reception or staff onsite and it felt more like an AirBnB than a hotel. The room was warm and had lot's of noise from the street. They provide a fan, earplugs and a white noise generator to block the noise. The latter didn't work as the adapter was missing. The duvet was incredibly thick for the time of year. Instead of sending tons of e-mails on how to use the fan in the room etc. they could better renovate and install windows with proper insulation.
