The Walrus Bar and Hostel

​Pros: Unbeatable location (7 min to London Eye, supermarket opposite, lots of dining options). Friendly British bar staff and a very polite breakfast host. Well-stocked kitchen appliances, hot showers, and a much-needed bedroom fan during hot weather. Overall acceptable value for the price!

Cons: Zero accessibility due to narrow stairs. Shower cabins are very tight. ​Note on Service: The British staff at the bar were certainly the highlights, the girls were wonderful, and the gentleman managing breakfast was extremely kind and polite. However, one front-of-house staff member was consistently unpleasant, making guests feel unwelcome. While hospitality can be challenging, guest-facing roles require a more welcoming attitude, and placing her in a non-guest-facing position would best suit her personality and it certainly would improve the first impression of an otherwise good budget stay.

Śniadanie- słodkie- tosty , dżemy, masło orzechowe, płatki, mleko zwykłe, owsiane, soki, kawa, herbata, owocki- jak dla nas wystarczająco w zupełności. Dziewczyny bardzo pomocne, zmieniałyśmy pokój na drugą noc z kooedukacyjnego na dwójkę. Bardzo szybko sprawnie to się odbyło, odpowiedz i działanie natychmiast .
