This location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything - Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The house is very roomy - the game room area is just so nice. The backyard/hottub area is so nice and roomy. My only concern was about the cooling of the property - they have two portable Air Conditioners on the first floor but nothing in the basement. During the warm days of July, the basement would get very warm, but nights with open windows was fine. Host was great to work with.

The location was great! We took a hike every day at the Garden of the Gods, even caught a sunrise one! The house does meet all your basic needs. The showers were clean and water pressure on point. Good sleeping space for a family….. I didn’t give 5 stars for the following reasons: there were no cleaning products, the dish soap needs to be upgraded to something that works so the dishes are clean, the cookware needs to be replaced… there was no table salt or pepper! Plenty of paper products and towels were supplied which was another plus!
