House was great. Had a group of 13 and had plenty of space for us. Really enjoyed the hot tub and game room.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how everything was as advertised. The welcome basket and Christmas tree were delightful surprises.

Overall, the property and amenities were excellent. It was clean (maybe the floor was a little dusty) and had adequate utensils and cookware. It has plenty of space, bedding, and bathrooms. The price was also great. The only complaint is that there was FAR too much chlorine in the hot tub, which lead to dry skin and eye irritation while using it. The cover was also broken, but it's not particularly heavy to move and still kept most debris out of the water. Also be advised that the community requires parking and beach passes, which I didn't know about when purchasing (but that's on me).

The house was spacious and fit our needs well. But it was not as clean or fun as promised. The hot tub was broken and we were told they only use it in the fall and winter months. The playground was also dangerous and dirty, so none of the children played on it either. Your amenities for the property were misleading and not acceptable. We stayed the week and were able to enjoy the pool and other attractions in the area. Probably will not rent from you again
