Staff was very responsive.But inspite of knowing the rooms had inherent issues we were moved and shifted again

The towel rack in the bathroom was broken ,empty bathroom accessories like soap,conditioners and they were very dirty.Doormats were not serving the purpose ,very dirty. When raised the concern ,we were shifted to another room the next day and that had clogged drains in the bathroom.We were shifted again to another room and carried all the luggage to other rooms each time we were shifted. Breakfast served was very cold and lacked a decent presentation. Drink was synthetic and staff(the lady serving) was very callous in her nature..Overall the stay was very uncomfortable.Shifting rooms again and again with luggage unpacking and packing was not right .The water mixer was either giving too hot water if not no hot water .Overall the experience was not great .We had our first experience of using cement cots as well

Our Best Experience in Sri Lanka! 🇱🇰 Staying at Father’s Place Hiriketiya was, without a doubt, the best experience we had in Sri Lanka. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the beautiful atmosphere to the incredible hospitality. A very special thank you to Isuru and the entire team for making us feel so welcome and for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made our experience truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. They made us feel at home and turned our stay into one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. We are incredibly grateful for everything and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hiriketiya. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our time in Sri Lanka so special. Todo limpio. Cama cómoda y vestida, nevera. La piscina me encantó.

Desayuno pobre pero pobre. Le dejé mi ropa para lavar y me la devolvió apestando, sin planchar toda metida en una bolsa echa un ocho. Se la enseñé a la chica de resección para que la viera y me dijo que tenía que pagarle igual. La factura que me cobró es de más del doble que e pagado por todo Sri Lanka. Impotencia por no poder hacer nada. Ahora lo pienso y no tenía que haberle pagado. Tuve que volver a lavar toda la ropa en el siguiente alojamiento.
