100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
Staff were good and went out way to help. Best rooms ever. Soo comfortable.
More deep cleaning required especially for bathroom to maintain standard.
Sometimes long waits

The location in Whitefield is a little remote, but Uber and Ola connectivity is good - along with a deal for Uber. The rooms are modern and well furnished, the restaurant and room service are good, but the icing on the cake are the staff. They are courteous, helpful and solution oriented - especially the reception staff.
The food trays in the corridor stayed overnight, and the carpets could have been cleaned better (there were residues in them which can definitely be vacuumed).

It was clean but there were mosquitos around especially in the evenings
The staff training needs to be better they have conflicting opinions depending on the issue.
