Two things set my experience apart from other vacation homes I gave stayed in:1. Everything worked! All the arcade games worked. My grandson had a blast. 2. No checkout chores to complete (no start the dishwasher, nonstop the beds, no pile the towels a certain way). Just pack up and leave. Extra bonus star for that. Great location, great beach a short walk down the road. Fantastic hot tub (again, for my grandson).

We enjoyed our stay so much.

A great vacation home a short walk from the beach. Lots of room and very beautiful.

I don't like leaving bad reviews. I wanted to like this property. It had many qualities needed for a pleasant stay. But dealing with the management company was needlessly stressful, and the property was not ready at the time I arrived. The rental property info was not sent to me until the evening before our group were to arrive. The email did not include the access code. I emailed back but had no response with the access code information. I called the morning of arrival to get the code - the local phone number went directly to "hold for an available agent". After trying 3 times and holding for 10 minutes each time, I searched the internet for other phone numbers. It took several attempts before getting a person who was able to help me get the access code. This process took over an hour.I arrived promptly at 4pm and cleaning service was still working. I briefly looked in the kitchen to take stock before heading to the grocery store, arriving back around 40-50 minutes later. Cleaning service was gone, but the floors in many of the rooms were not swept / vacuumed, a used towel hung on the back of the door in the primary bathroom, and a pile of sand was left just inside the door on the lower level. While trying to find a colander, we came across a broken cabinet door hinge. The furniture was comfortable, the view relaxing, the hot tub enjoyable, and the location for beach access was great. But I won't be returning and won't rent from this agency again.
