Proja Housing Romagnosi 20

The room was very clean and in an extremely convenient location! My only complaint is that there was either no A/C or it was not functioning - the wall-mounted fan unit just could not keep up with the heat. Otherwise, great location, unbeatable price - I will tell others who will be traveling to Rome!

We just left Rome after an amazing 4-day stay at Proja Property, and everything was perfect! The room was beautiful, very clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning every day. Check-in was extremely easy with clear instructions, and the staff was always very helpful and quick to respond. The location is excellent — near Piazza del Popolo and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and many of Rome’s main attractions. Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps were about a 20-minute walk, while Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, and the Vatican were around 30 minutes away. Beautiful place, great location, and excellent service. Thank you for such a wonderful stay — we would definitely come back!

My partner and I stayed for several days and the communication was clear and the room very clean. Also very short walks to buses and trains! Would recommend to anyone staying in Rome for several days
