Communication from the property owner and staff was great - we needed more cups at the property and they got them to us quickly as soon as we asked. Location was brilliant with lots of food places around and the bedrooms were great for lots of people.
The shower room could do with a deeper clean especially as it gets quite wet with so many people using it.

All in all it was good value for money and we had a good time, the staff who came to see us were accommodating and even brought a fruit platter to greet us! The beds were comfy and clean and the kitchen had everything needed too. TV had most apps to be able to watch and we were generally very comfortable there
The only real downside I can say (aside from trivial aspects) was that the front bedroom was damp. Not just a bit, the floor was wet under one of the beds and into the middle. It seemed to sort itself out after the first night but it was a bit off putting to stay in the room, even with the number of people we had (8)
