This property has excellent room set up for multiple couples or families with kids/teenagers. Excellent views/location. Outdoor deck and furniture amazing and cargo lift very useful! Charcoal grill downstairs. Very quiet area during weekdays -we visited in the summer and not a holiday. Very close (walk or golf cart) access to beach. Inside needs a little updating for overall function (no ice maker or trays), otherwise, well stocked kitchen items but would add cutting board or two, and cleanliness/cosmetics (carpet areas need replacing or deep cleaning -most likely contributing to mild odor), very appealing decor! Loved the coffee table and stools -perfect puzzle table!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have stayed at this rental for the last seven years. This was the best because the new owners made improvements, new cookware, and everything was organized and clean. My sisters rent cabins across the street so we combined have ocean views and wonderful places to play. The new outside furniture was great. I would highly recommend this Cabin. PS we left you a basketball goal.

Location is great - quieter than much of the rest of the peninsula and beach is still walking distance away and not very crowded. House worked well for a group of friends and dogs. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and porch was perfect for sitting outside in the sun or the shade. You have to get the key for check in at Cobb in Crystal Beach, which is a few miles past the house if coming from Galveston but close to the grocery store if stocking up for the trip.
