Inside, you will find a cosy, approx. 130 m² living space that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. On the ground floor you will find the living area with a wood-burning stove and cosy seating. Two dining areas and a children's high chair make shared meals a pleasure. State-of-the-art entertainment is provided thanks to inconspicuously integrated electronics - including LCD TV (Smart TV), DVD player with Dolby surround system, Xbox 360 Kinect, a stereo system and a CD player. The separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cooker.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in this green oasis, which is only a ten-minute walk from the town centre. The garden with its garden furniture and barbecue is the perfect place to relax outdoors. The neighbouring alpine region and the local mountain Gernkogel with its impressive flora and fauna offer ideal conditions for ski tourers and nature lovers.

The area surrounding the chalet offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities. Explore the extensive network of hiking trails or undertake medium and difficult mountain tours in the Venediger region. Cultural events such as square concerts and farmers' markets as well as excursions to the Krimml Waterfalls or the Grossglockner offer a variety of entertainment options.

Our chalet is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to experience the beauty of the mountains in a cosy, comfortable home.
