We use our vacation rental very often ourselves and have therefore furnished it completely and elegantly. We’d be happy if you treat it like your own home and take good care of it.

Your dog is welcome, as long as he promises not to get on the beds or the couch.

In for more information. As a tourist destination, Neukirchen am Großvenediger charges a tourist tax and a mobility tax. The fee is €3.55 per night per person over the age of 13.99.

In winter, you’ll receive the free Winter Card with many discounts!

We charge an additional €22 per guest for linen packages (bed linens, towels).
The cleaning fee is €220 per stay.

Minimum stay: 4 days; during the winter peak season (Christmas/New Year’s Eve/Carnival/February), the minimum stay is 7 days.

These fees are mandatory when booking our apartment. These must be paid in advance (via bank transfer). You’ll receive the Summer and Winter Cards conveniently via QR code sent to your smartphone.

Unfortunately, I can’t always welcome you in person. However, Anika, our second host on site, will be there to assist you with any questions. Of course, we’re also available by phone, text, or email for any suggestions or requests.
