Iris and Leo were fabulous hosts and truly out did themselves on the breakfast. The only drawback was the location, about 7 blocks from downtown....too far for 4 seventy + year olds to walk!
The rooms were immaculate and had all the amenities, a 4 star ⭐ hotel would have. If we visit again, we'll certainly go back to the Gardens. Thanks Iris and Leo!

Lovely house and gardens. Beautifully presented and maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast prepared and served by Iris and her husband who were so welcoming and attentive. We really appreciated the attention to details that make an overnight stay feel so special.

Host Iris was warm and gracious. She inquired about our dietary preferences when we arrived so that she could have breakfast ready in the morning. She helpfully recommended a suitable place for dinner.
I would suggest installation of a small sign by the driveway as the property is outside the main tourist area. Perhaps also lines to indicate parking spaces.
