Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Leavenworth

The breakfast was exceptional. Good options and variety

It was a little further away from city center than we liked but we knew that when we booked

We preferred the quiet location. Parking availability is also good. We also loved the mountain view. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Because that this a new building everything was working and user friendly. All the staff were friendly and helpfull.

It would be good if the breakfast could be extend until maybe 9H30.

We liked our room; it had everything we needed and more. Every part of the building was clean and up to date. Very friendly and helpful staff.

-The front desk person unfriendly, and unprepared for his job. -Low water pressure in the bathroom; difficult to take a shower , or flush the toilet. -Poor air quality in the room, no fresh air intake -Low quality pillows and bed sheets -TV in the room locked up up to very low volume, difficult to hear, and with very few channels, practically unusable. -Insufficient tables & chairs in the breakfast area for the size of the hotel; breakfast quality average ( as on 2-star hotels) -Swimming pool quite small, overcrowded in weekend; no shower or toilet in the pool area; -The area next to the hotel is still in construction . Overall, the price for the.room/night not justified.
