Overall, we had a decent stay at Alpine Rivers Inn. The bed was comfortable, the room was fairly clean, the view was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly.
There were a few things that could be improved. The pool was a bit far from the property and located by the parking lot, which felt a little unusual. You cannot smoke on the balcony . We noticed some popcorn under the coffee table, and the hair dryer wasn’t working. The breakfast was okay, but having more variety and options would make it better.

Excellent location, easy walk to downtown attractions, peaceful and quiet by the river. The room was very comfortable and clean.
The building is looking a bit tired and could do with some renovation work.

Beds and pillows comfortable. Overlooking water was nice.
Wasn't favorite location for downtown. Could be cleaned better.

The balcony with the river
A lingering smell, bed was uncomfortable, pool was closed when it said open. The complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture but not worth the 2nd bite.
