Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time
Suntide III appreciates your understanding and patience as these important repairs are completed

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We were able to cook breakfast. Everything we needed was available. Although some things needed a little getting used to like one of the toilets doesn’t fill up quick enough for subsequent flushing, one of the beds creak with every movement, etc. But, nothing major. All in all, it was a beautiful place. Love the sunrise view in the morning.

View was amazing!! The washer/dryer left black marks in our clothing that I am having a hard time getting out. The bathroom facets look liked they have not been cleaned in a bit. The check in process was not easy! No directions on how to get to front desk in the email directions….only got in as the front gate is not close all the way. Overall I would stay on the property again now that I know what to do and it is right on the beach!
