This condo and the overall property was amazing. We have rented alot of beach condos over the years and this one is by far the best. Very close to the beach and amazing views of the island looking north, as well as the beach (gulf side) and the bay due to the wrap-around balcony and windows. Condo is completely updated and all furnishings are very high quality. The condo owners have thought of everything. There were beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas available for use, and it was great having a washer and dryer in the condo. The condo was very clean and well-kept. The Suntide III property was also amazing and very well managed, and all of the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the pools (indoor and outdoor), gym, and the grounds.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property and specific condo. We really enjoyed our time there and didnt want to leave, and can't wait to go back.Thank you for a great experience!

The location was perfect with any easy walk to the beach. The condo was clean with plenty of room. The staff at the building very helpful and polite, we would definitely stay here again.

This was our 5th year to stay at this property, and everything was spectacular, as usual. Swimming Pool is very clean and never over-crowded, not a long wait for the Elevator, Easy access to the Beach, Umbrella service is very handy.
