Està a lloc tranquil i preciós, les instal.lacions estan molt netes i l’ambient es relaxant, els onsens increíbles. Hem estat súper bé!!

Красивое место, приятный номер, хороший и новый отель, все продумано. Воспользовались Сауной - понравилось даже под дождем. Персонал приветливый. Игра в номере - идеально для дождливого вечера

Very nice onsen and hotel building in general. Clean. Communication via the booking chat was very fast, and the responses were clear and respectful. A lot of information is documented up front.

The hotel is unmanned. There's no one on site. So you're only chance if you need any help or have any question is to chat to the staff. I had a bad experience with other guests running in the corridors and partying late at night, and there was no one to control it. The apologies the next day (on the chat) were respectful, but for all I know it could be an AI bot replying. It didn't feel safe at the end. You also don't seem to get cleaning in the room, and with exeption of the public onsen, everything is paid separately (access to sauna, private bath, even ping pong tables). Very tricky to get at night if you take the bus and not the train.
