Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not person-specific, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Vacation in the UNESCO World Heritage City
The 50 m² wheelchair-accessible vacation apartment is located about a 10-minute walk from the city center of the World Heritage City and is particularly well-suited for couples. Across the street is a 300-year-old park with a large number of mature trees. The 4-kilometer loop trail around the Mühlenteich is about four minutes away.
The vacation rental for 2 people consists of a living room with a kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer compartment, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The hallway is spacious. The windows are equipped with roller shutters. Bed linens and towels are included. Wi-Fi access is free. The vacation rental is a non-smoking unit; pets are not allowed. Please use the parking spaces for your car across from the house on Kastanienallee. The bicycles you bring with you can be securely locked in our bike shed, which features charging stations for e-bikes.
Wismar on the Baltic Sea
The Hanseatic city of Wismar is located on the Baltic Sea coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania at the southern end of Wismar Bay, which is sheltered by the island of Poel. It is the sixth-largest city and the largest of the 18 regional centers in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Wismar is also the county seat of the Northwest Mecklenburg district.
