The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/lodging tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/lodging tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Visit our new, exclusive vacation home “Fischkopp,” located in a quiet setting in the heart of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. This stunning property is situated in the midst of the picturesque Old Town, just a few meters from Wismar’s market square with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, or from Wismar’s harbor. With approximately 70 square meters of living space, it is generously proportioned and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The furnishings are high-quality, modern, and stylish—the stunning view from the balcony overlooking a small green oasis is unique in Wismar.

If you arrive with your own or rented bicycles, you can park them securely in the locked courtyard.

Parking in Wismar
The vacation rental does not have its own parking space. Unloading at the vacation rental (Neustadt) is possible.
After unloading, please use the parking lots at Weidendamm or Schiffbauerdamm.

You’ll find various shopping options (Netto, Edeka supermarket, or a convenience store open daily), cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.
The bike rental shop is located about 600 meters away. Here you can rent bicycles or e-bikes for the duration of your stay.
