Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Because we want your stay in our stylish and uniquely furnished townhouse on the beautiful Speicherstraße to be an unforgettable vacation experience.
Be one of the lucky guests to stay in this two-story house—with plenty of space to daydream, read, or simply relax. And look forward to sunshine and beautiful weather on our sheltered wooden deck.
Our bright, light-filled two-story townhouse is located right in the center, between the Old Harbor and Wismar’s historic market square. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the main attractions of this port city, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. That means you’re right in the heart of it all. But you can also quickly reach the beaches in Zierow or on the island of Poel, which are easily accessible by car in just over 15 minutes or, for a more active option, by bike on the well-maintained bike paths.
