The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

This bright, welcoming apartment has been completely renovated and furnished to the highest standards, ensuring that you, as a vacation guest, won’t have to sacrifice any comfort. Its close proximity to Wismar’s Old Town or the beaches in Wismar-Wendorf and Zierow makes it easy to leave your car behind.

- Vacation rental on the 2nd floor for up to 3 people (50 m²)
- Living room with a large sofa set (converts into a cozy sleeper sofa for 1 person), recliner, TV
- Bathroom with shower, makeup mirror, hair dryer, toilet, sink, washing machine
- 1 separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), TV, wardrobe
