Great stay, comfortable, and had all we needed only 1 block from water. Close drive to Watercolor, Seaside, as well as Rosemary Beach. Parking for 2-3 vehicles was refreshing. Bikes worked well. 3 nice TVs. Dryer is very loud not sure the cause however seemed to work fine. Kitchen drawers need some new glides and floors had some dust balls. Small bathrooms and lower end cabinetry/counters. It was a nice budget friendly stay for wedding event. Bring supplies you need kitchen storage or wrap, coffee filters or k cups etc.

Loved this place! Not a ton of kitchen supplies so if you plan on cooking bring some pots. Also be aware that you have to wash any borrowed beach towels before you leave, detergent was supplied.

loved staying here very easy to communicate with owner, 3 min walk to beach access and a 8 minute bike ride to seaside square. Also comes with bikes and skimboards for beach lovers!

Great stay, very easy access to the beach. The beach house was just as the listing described, check in process was very convenient.
