I had the best experience at EVEN Hotel! From the moment I arrived, Robert and Gracie at the front desk provided exceptional service. They greeted me with such warmth, made me feel welcome, and took the time to explain everything about my stay.
Robin at the bar was incredibly helpful in making sure I had something to eat for lunch. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my stay memorable.
Thank you to Robert, Gracie, and Robin for your outstanding hospitality. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I can’t wait to stay at EVEN Hotel again!
