Amenities

The family-friendly 4-roomvacation rental on the 1st floor is ideal for 6 people plus a toddler. The rooms are spread across two levels within the approximately 75 square meters of living space.

On the first level of this vacation apartment is the cozy living area with an open kitchen. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and CD player provide entertainment here, while the two large sofas ensure comfort. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished balcony.
The kitchenette is fully equipped, including a stove, dishwasher, and microwave. You can enjoy your meals in comfort at the separate dining area.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and two sinks, is also located on this level.
The vacation rental has three bedrooms. While the bedroom with a double bed and a closet for your clothes is also on the first level, the two guest/children’s rooms await you in the attic, the second living level. Each of these rooms is furnished with two single beds. One of the two rooms also has a small closet, a dresser, and an additional TV.
A staircase leads from the apartment hallway to the attic. A stair gate is installed at the top for the safety of our younger guests.

Special Features

This non-smoking vacation rental on the Baltic Sea is ideal for a vacation with your family and pet. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are provided free of charge. A handcart is also available.
The apartment’s utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use during your stay for a fee.
The roller shutters are also extremely practical, allowing you to completely block out the light.

Information about the bicycles [&] Handcart

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover the costs for any necessary repairs or costs associated with renting replacement equipment if the items are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable.
The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service - Includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax - The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
