This 2-bedroomapartment on the 1st floor of the building offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests in approximately 53 square meters of living space.
The combined dining and living area has been furnished very stylishly and features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player. The sofa in the living area pulls out to provide an additional sleeping space for two guests.
Enjoy the sun wherever it shines, because this apartment features two furnished balconies (southwest and southeast) accessible from the living room.
In the kitchen, which opens onto the living room, you’ll find all the necessary appliances—such as a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a stove and oven. You can enjoy your meals in comfort at the separate dining area.
The bedroom, which features a comfortable double bed, can be completely darkened using electric blinds. You can store your vacation wardrobe in the closet.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike.” Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental service also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is charged a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
